Hackathon for Developers

Building on the success of previous workshops and meetings, we are planning to bring together the PtyPy developer community and organise a focused hackathon around the topics of
- Modernising the API / Parameters
- Improve documentation for users and developers
- Optimise data loading (especially for large data)
- Calculating and reporting quality metrics
- New (accelerated) engines
